Owen Hayford

Owen Hayford is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction, infrastructure, and public private partnerships law. Currently serving as Principal at Infralegal and a Board Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, Owen also holds leadership roles with the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the International Project Finance Association. As a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Owen coordinates and lectures courses on Public Private Partnerships Law. Previous experience includes partnerships at DLA Piper and PwC Australia, where Owen led teams in Australian projects and public infrastructure offerings, respectively, along with a long tenure at Clayton Utz. Owen's educational background features a Master of Laws in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne and dual Bachelor's degrees from The Australian National University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
