Phoebe Liew

Phoebe Liew is an accomplished Structured Credit and Political Risk Broker at The Texel Group, where extensive experience includes placing deals for banking and non-banking clients in various financial products since June 2017. As the IPFA FLN Chair for Asia since January 2022, Phoebe advocates for future leaders within the global infrastructure and energy financing sector. Prior experience includes serving as Trade Operations and Finance Manager at China National Building Materials Group Corporation from June 2014 to May 2017, and as a Business Analyst at Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) in 2012. Educational qualifications comprise a Specialist Diploma in International Trading from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business from the University of London.
