Fabrizio Savarino

Fabrizio Savarino is an experienced team manager in development research and innovation at IPG Automotive, where leadership is provided to a team of data scientists focusing on AI-driven solutions for virtual test driving since February 2022. Prior to this role, Fabrizio served as a postdoctoral researcher at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg from July 2016 to January 2022, investigating the intersection of dynamical machine learning processes and quantum mechanics. Earlier positions include work as a research fellow, student research assistant, and internships at Daimler AG, where contributions were made to driver assistance systems and algorithm development for traffic lane detection and vehicle localization. Fabrizio holds a Doctor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, all from Heidelberg University and Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart.
