Joshua Kaufman

Joshua Kaufman currently serves as SVP & Associate General Counsel for The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG) since July 2022, following a long tenure at IPG DXTRA, where Joshua has held the role of General Counsel, SVP, Business & Legal Affairs since August 2004. In these roles, Joshua Kaufman manages a global team of attorneys and support staff, overseeing all agency commercial legal matters, including contracts and day-to-day business issues. Prior experience includes positions as an associate in corporate transactions at Davis & Gilbert, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, and Anderson, Kill & Olick, focusing on M&A, procurement contracts, and corporate litigation. Joshua Kaufman earned a JD from New York University and a BA in Sociology from Bard College.
