Jo-Ann Zafonte

Jo-Ann Zafonte has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jo-Ann is currently working at IPG Health as the EVP, Global HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP, Global Total Rewards, Analytics, and Systems at FCB Global where they developed and executed strategies for the Application Tech Stack globally and served as the HR Data Privacy Officer for FCB globally. Before joining FCB Global, Jo-Ann worked as the Corporate Director of Technology at Interpublic Group of Companies and as an HR Systems Strategy Consultant at FCB (Foote, Cone and Belding). Jo-Ann also has extensive experience from their tenure at Scholastic, where they served as the Director, Head of Enterprise Applications and HRIS, responsible for leading teams and implementing various enterprise applications. Earlier in their career, Jo-Ann held leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Citibank, where they focused on HR systems strategy, global operations, project management, and technology.

Jo-Ann Zafonte holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
