Nicola Bateman

Nicola Bateman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicola currently holds the position of Head of Experiential and Events at IPG Health since November 2023, where they are responsible for managing experiential and event activities. Prior to this, they worked as a Congress and Events Director at IPG Health from November 2022 to November 2023.

Before joining IPG Health, Nicola worked as a Congress Project Director at McCann Health from April 2018 to November 2023. Nicola also served as a Project Manager at 2Heads, a brand experience agency, from October 2017 to April 2018.

Earlier in their career, Nicola held the role of Senior Account Manager at Visual Response Ltd from May 2015 to October 2017. Nicola also worked as a Projects Office Coordinator at SMART AV from January 2014 to June 2015, where they supported project managers and ensured client satisfaction.

Nicola's work experience includes roles in the hospitality industry as well. Nicola served as a Conference, Events and Groups Coordinator at Holiday Inn from November 2012 to January 2014. Prior to this, they worked as a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator at Holiday Inn Brentwood from January 2012 to November 2012, where they were involved in event management and business development.

Earlier in their career, Nicola also worked as an Administrator at Fitton Associates Ltd in October 2011, where they handled administrative tasks and supported the management team.

Nicola Bateman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BAHons) in Events Management at the University of Greenwich from 2009 to 2011.
