CEO, US, UM at IPG Mediabrands

Lynn is the Global CMO of Mediabrands and is responsible for defining, aligning, and activating Mediabrand's marketing strategy and activities around the world. Most recently, Lynn served as U.S. CEO of Mediabrands agency UM, charged with building UM’s culture and capabilities across the U.S. As CEO, she repositioned UM the US as the “Futureproof” agency, leading to several new business wins and a vibrant, highly connected agency culture. Under Lynn, UM U.S. was named Adweek’s U.S. Media Agency of the Year and frequently landed on AdAge’s Best Places to Work list. Lynn has been recognized by Strive and She Runs It for her commitment to accelerating career opportunities for women and under-represented groups within the agency and industry. She was named Adweek’s Executive of the Year in 2019, Campaign’s Agency Head of the Year in 2020 and She Runs It Woman of the Year in 2021. Lynn also sits on the board of the Ad Council, American Advertising Federation, MAKERS, and POTTOW. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
