Sandra Tarrant

Sandra Tarrant is the EVP of Global Talent Acquisition at IPG Mediabrands, where since January 2021, a focus has been on leading global initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Previously, Sandra served as SVP and VP of Global Talent Attraction at Kinesso, establishing the company’s first talent acquisition function and developing strategies for employer branding and talent pipelines. Prior experience includes senior roles at Nexstar Media Group, NBCUniversal, American Express, Citigroup, the National Basketball Association, and Viacom, where Sandra exhibited expertise in transforming recruitment processes and building effective staffing teams. Sandra holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from The George Washington University.
