Previously, Sandra served as SVP and VP of Global Talent Attraction at Kinesso, establishing the company’s first talent acquisition function and developing strategies for employer branding and talent pipelines. Prior experience includes senior roles at Nexstar Media Group, NBCUniversal, American Express, Citigroup, the National Basketball Association, and Viacom, where Sandra exhibited expertise in transforming recruitment processes and building effective staffing teams. Sandra holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from The George Washington University.
