Boon Lim

Boon Lim currently serves as a Private Equity Consultant in Strategy and Operations at IPI Partners since April 2023. Previously, Boon Lim was the Head of Strategic Spend Governance for Technology at Wayfair, where significant initiatives were implemented to enhance technology spend accountability and align investments with strategic goals. Boon Lim’s career also includes roles at Digital Realty, where responsibilities encompassed market strategy and P&L management for substantial data center assets, and various positions at Cambridge CM, Inc. focused on project and construction management. Early career experience includes serving as a Construction Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Boon Lim holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Management from Purdue University.
