Michael Persiano

Senior Advisor at iPipeline

Prior to transitioning to a senior advisory role, Michael Persiano served for 13 years as the Chief Marketing Officer for iPipeline. As CMO, he was responsible for international marketing activities encompassing brand management, corporate positioning, demand generation, advertisement, market research, communications, sales enablement, customer advocacy, events management, public relations, and analyst relations. He directed the efforts of teams in North America and the UK.

Michael has a salient record of performance in building brands and markets for products and services for SMBs and major corporations. His marketing background in diversified industries spans more than 30 years and includes key executive positions at: Lockheed Martin, Computer Sciences Corporation, DecisionOne, FullTilt Solutions, Satori Group, and Fusion Sales Partners. Michael is an invitational member of the CMO Council and CMO Network. He currently serves on the PACT (Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies) Editorial Advisory Board and provides guidance to emerging technology companies on brand and demand-building strategies and tactics.

Michael was the recipient of a full academic scholarship to Drew University for Ph.D. studies, earned Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and taught business and marketing communications as a Visiting Lecturer at Rutgers University. He is a black-belt in Tae Kwon-Do, an internationally recognized bonsai master, and an extensively published author and poet.
