Behar Babatinca

Behar Babatinca is an experienced ICT engineer and telecommunications professional with extensive expertise in managing and maintaining core network elements, including MSC/VLR, HLR/HSS/AUC, and more, primarily at IPKO Telecommunications since August 2007. Roles include Mobile Core Engineer and Network Monitoring Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting, configuration, and support for telecommunication services across multiple platforms. Prior to IPKO, Behar served as Manager of Private Commercial Enterprises at DRTIE E&S from May 2003 to January 2008, overseeing operations and driving business improvements. Behar holds a degree in Automatic with Electronic, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Prishtina, earned between 2000 and 2006.
