Toska Dula

Toska Dula has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Treasury Unit at IPKO Telecommunications since August 2008. Previously, Toska held roles as a Finance Officer and Accountant within the same organization. Prior to joining IPKO Telecommunications, Toska worked as a Finance Assistant at IPKO Foundation from March 2004 to July 2008.
