Brian Tally

Brian Tally has over 30 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Brian began their career at ZF Group, where they held various roles including Plant Manager, Senior Manager of Program Management, Senior Operations Manager, Quality/Launch Manager, and Global Commodity Manager. Brian then joined Plastic Omnium as the Director of U.S. Operations, overseeing the assembly of components produced by four manufacturing facilities and supporting major automaker clients. After that, they worked at Cooper Standard as the Sr. Plant Manager and later as the Sr. Director of Operations for the US and Canada. Currently, they are the VP of Operations North America at IPL. Throughout their career, Brian has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, successfully managing P&L responsibilities, leading large teams, and driving profitable growth.

Brian Tally earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Bucknell University from 1985 to 1989. Brian went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1990 to 1994. In 2002, Brian obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Rath & Strong.
