Hayley B.

Hayley B. has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies. Hayley most recently served as the VP of Human Resources at IPL, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Divisional Head of HR - Components at Essentra from 2018 to 2022, where they oversaw strategic HR direction and the People and Culture program. Hayley also worked at Smiths Medical as a Senior Global HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2017 and at Smiths Detection as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2014. Hayley began their career at GlaxoSmithKline, where they held various roles such as HR Business Leader, HR Director for the Asia Pacific region, and HR Manager. Before that, Hayley was the HR Manager at Farmor Engineering, where they established the HR function within a multi-site engineering company.

Hayley B. pursued their education at the University of Stirling from 1992 to 1997, where they earned their BA(hons) degree in German. Following this, they attended Dundee College in 1997 and 1998 for postgraduate studies in Human Resources.
