Nicola Morgan

Nicola Morgan currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Europe at IPL since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nicola spent over a decade at Michael Page, progressing through various positions including Senior Business Manager in Human Resources and Marketing and Digital, along with tenure as a Business Manager and Senior Consultant specializing in Fashion Merchandising. Earlier experience includes roles at Ralph Lauren as an Assistant Buyer and Buyers Administrative Assistant, and a Merchandise Assistant position at Burberry. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Textile Design from the University of Leeds, completed in 2009.
