Previously, Lokesh held leadership roles in companies such as Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited and Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Lokesh has a strong background in strategy, project management, and driving digital initiatives. Lokesh holds a PGP-PGDM degree in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
