Amit Kumar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amit is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at iPlace, where they conduct technical interviews and handles the full recruitment process. Prior to this, they worked as a Specialist Recruiter at the same company, where they sourced and qualified candidates for positions in North American corporations.

Before joining iPlace, Amit worked at Vector Consulting, Inc as an IT Specialist, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and recruiting IT professionals for government and corporate clients. Amit consistently achieved recruiting goals and built a strong talent pipeline.

In addition, they worked as an Associate Software Developer at OATI, where they enhanced displays, created and modified procedures and functions, and implemented code for bug-free application performance.

Amit Kumar obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh University, from 2014 to 2016.
