Ashu Tyagi

Ashu Tyagi has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Ashu started their career as a Trainee Technical Recruiter at US Tech Solutions in 2014 and then worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cynet Systems Inc. In 2015, they joined Orgspire Inc as a US IT Recruiter and later moved to iPlace as a Recruiter.

Ashu then worked as a Senior Executive IR at AgreeYa Solutions and as an Asst. Resource Manager - US Staffing at IDC Technologies, Inc. In 2020, they returned to iPlace and took on the role of Senior Recruiter, where they conducted technical interviews for various positions.

Currently, Ashu is working at iPlace as a Principal Recruiter. Ashu is responsible for conducting in-depth technical interviews, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and handling negotiations and closing deals. Throughout their career, Ashu has gained experience in full-cycle recruiting and has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.

Ashu Tyagi completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sharda University from 2009 to 2013. They also obtained a certification in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in 2022.
