Irfan Khan

Irfan Khan (Gary Baker) has several years of experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Irfan has worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Pinnacle Group, Inc. since June 2021. In this role, they conduct phone interviews, sources resumes, sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and builds relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders. Irfan also researches new technologies.

Furthermore, Irfan worked as a U.S recruiter at Advent Global Solutions from April 2013 to December 2014. Irfan was responsible for recruiting IT and Non-IT professionals for full-time, contract-to-hire, and contract positions.

Throughout their career, Irfan has demonstrated a strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and has experience working with both direct clients and MSP clients.

Irfan Khan (Gary Baker) obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from Bangalore University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from North Orissa University from 2008 to 2011. In 2006 to 2008, they attended South Eastern Railway Boys Higher Secondary School for their High School education. Additionally, they completed a Certification course in PGDCA from North Orissa University in 2010.
