HR Team

The HR team is currently the HR department at Iplicit. The team has been with the company for over a year, and has been in the customer success agent role for the majority of that time. Prior to Iplicit, the team was with Natural HR for just under a year. Before that, they were with Carphone Warehouse for almost 4 years as a Geek Squad Agent. Going back even further, the team was with FRAGTALITY LIMITED for just over a year as the Director of Operations. And before that, they were in a Project Designer role at Access all bands for about 2 years.

The HR Team has a wide range of educational experience, from music performance and general education at the Open University, to NVQs in music technology and performance from Dudley College (Media Vault), to A-levels in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computing from The Oldswinford School. They also have various customer service certifications from LinkedIn, including problem solving and troubleshooting, phone-based customer service, programming foundations: software quality assurance, transitioning from technical professional to manager, and unit testing and test driven development in Python.

Their manager is Ed Gairdner, COO.
