Kanika Mathur

Kanika Mathur is currently the Head of HR at IPLIX Media since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kanika worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fareportal from April 2022 to October 2023. With a background in HR, Kanika also served as Senior Manager HRBP at Delhivery from March 2020 to April 2021. Kanika's previous experience includes a managerial role at JLL India and a position as a Process Specialist at Infosys. Kanika holds a degree in Advanced HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, a B.Com in Foreign Trade from St Francis College for Women, and an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI.
