Hayley Ortega is currently the Head of Product at Ippon Technologies. Prior to their current position, Hayley worked as a Digital Product Manager at Capital One from January 2013 to December 2019. During their time at Capital One, Hayley defined Product vision, strategy, and success metrics. Hayley also led multiple teams on large tech modernization and re-platforming projects. Hayley has extensive experience in loss mitigation and agent servicing or contact center platforms.

Before their time at Capital One, Hayley was an Operations Project Manager - National Mortgage Outreach at Bank of America from May 2006 to December 2012. During their time at Bank of America, Hayley led a team of analysts performing loan remediation efforts on $1MM+ delinquent portfolio as part of National Mortgage Outreach projects. Hayley also partnered with the business, tech, operations, and program management to define, build, and implement robust processes to drive efficiency and meet OCC and FHFA requirements.

Hayley Ortega has a certification from Capital One in Business Process Management (BPM) Certified and a certification from Capital One in Risk Assessment Facilitation Certified. Hayley also has a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager.
