José Luis Romero Arias

José Luis Romero Arias is a skilled professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Commissioning SCADA Supervisor for the St Brieuc Offshore Wind Farm at IPROCEL since July 2022, José Luis is responsible for reviewing test protocols and witnessing commissioning tests.
