Chinmay Sawant

Chinmay Sawant is an experienced professional in the fields of computer vision, machine learning, and online security. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at iProov since December 2021, Chinmay focuses on enhancing online identity verification solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Computer Vision Research Engineer and Data Scientist at AlgoAnalytics, where significant advancements in signature verification and speech-to-text solutions were achieved. Chinmay also worked as a Software Engineer in machine learning at Mobiliya, developing end-to-end solutions for security and surveillance, and as a Project Intern at iknowlation Research Labs, classifying abstract art using advanced neural networks. Chinmay began the career as a UI Developer at iStepup Services, specializing in MEAN stack development. Academic credentials include an MSc in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Machine Learning from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
