Tim Massey

Tim Massey is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Head of Product - Physical Access at iProov, Tim previously held positions at Oxa as Staff Product Manager, and at Vicon as Product Manager, leading to a significant revenue increase of 39% YoY in FY21. Tim's tenure at Microsoft included roles in sales and sourcing operations for the Xbox division, as well as an MBA internship. Earlier career highlights include founding Andon Analytics and managing substantial operations at Coty Beauty, where Tim achieved an 8% efficiency improvement and oversaw high-volume production.
