Bilel Khemakhem is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction and industrial sectors. Since March 2021, Bilel Khemakhem has been leading projects at Group-IPS Africa, focusing on project planning and implementation, as well as defining project scopes and goals. Previously, from July 2009 to February 2021, Bilel Khemakhem served as a production manager at SOCOMENIN, overseeing the production of pressure vessels, metal structures, and wind turbine masts, managing a substantial workforce and production capacity. Bilel Khemakhem also held the position of production engineer, where responsibilities included conceptual design, process improvement studies, feasibility analyses, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams. Bilel Khemakhem earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electromechanical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax.
