Raj Gandhi

Raj has over 35 years of experience in project cost estimating from facility master planning, and early planning estimates to GMP level estimates for all types of projects consisting of aseptic, biopharma, vaccine production, and oral solid dosage industries. Raj’s estimating experience is backed by over 20 years of project/construction management and has performed hundreds of estimates for small and large projects in North America and all over the world.

At IPS, in the capacity of chief estimator for over 20 years, he is in charge of all estimating functions including hands-on estimate preparation to reviewing and checking estimates prepared by his teams throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
