Throughout her career, she has driven change at all levels of an organization through strong strategy and vision, operational leadership, and innovation. Ms. Savikas has broad expertise in numerous areas of HR including but not limited to talent management, operations, transformation, D.E.I., employee relations, change management, compensation, leadership development, and executive coaching. Her vast sales and HR experience at large multinational organizations coupled with her ability to build high-impact teams allows her to produce results that matter for the business.

As Chief People Officer and member of the IPS Executive Committee, she has direct oversight of all aspects of the HR function globally. Ms. Savikas is responsible for further evolving the full HR strategy and operations worldwide, from talent management, D.E.I., culture and employee engagement, compensation, and benefits.
