Amel Belloucif

Amel Belloucif serves as the Director of Regulatory Data Management and Data and Systems Director for Global Regulatory Operations at Ipsen since April 2023. Prior to this, Amel was with UPSA from November 2019 to April 2023, holding leadership roles in global regulatory operations and Asia market management. Amel's earlier experience includes positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities spanned from Pharmacist Regulatory Affairs Manager in France to Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs, along with roles at sanofi-aventis, Bristol-Myers Squibb (trainee), and AGEPS as a Quality Assurance Manager. Amel's educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master 2 in Public Health from Université Paris Cité, along with an initial Doctor of Pharmacy from Faculté centrale d'Alger.
