Guillaume Elliot

Guillaume ELLIOT has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as VP Head of Tax at Ipsen since November 2019, where responsibilities include transfer pricing, tax reporting, innovation tax, and tax risk management. Previously, Guillaume worked as Group Tax Director at Tarkett from September 2011 to November 2019, focusing on international tax and BEPS implementation. Earlier roles include Tax Manager for Procter & Gamble in the CEEMEA region, Tax Adviser at Vivendi Universal specializing in French tax rules, and various internships in corporate income tax and VAT at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Guillaume ELLIOT holds a DEA in Tax from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
