Sven Heine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and market research. Serving as the Global Chief Operating Officer for Customer Experience at Ipsos since April 2009, Sven leads initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and operational efficiency. Prior roles at Ipsos include Director of Global Project Engineering, Associate Director, and Division Manager, all within the specialized division focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty research. Prior to Ipsos, Sven held positions as Head of Market Research at WIBERG, Market Research Manager at TRi TOP, and Marketing Consultant at IRI. Sven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from FSW, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
