Vanessa Choy is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Ipsos, where they lead teams of research and insights experts to help clients achieve CX excellence. With two decades of experience in the consumer insights industry, Vanessa has a strong background in marketing and data analytics, complemented by a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. Prior to Ipsos, they held leadership roles at Consulting Group - Asia Insight, CX Solutions, Synovate Hong Kong, and Maritz Research at Marriott International, managing significant research projects and client relationships across the globe. Currently, Vanessa is pursuing a Bachelor of Business (Hons) at Nanyang Technological University.
