Vladimir Vladykin

Vladimir Vladykin is an experienced recruitment consultant currently working with iPS Powerful People since May 2022 and has been associated with iPS | Nautech Services Limited since May 2012, serving in roles including Maritime Crew Manager and Ukraine Representative.
