Stuart Coy

Stuart Coy is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and project management, currently serving as Programme Manager for Major Capital Schemes at Ipswich Borough Council since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Associate and Regional Manager at Playle & Partners LLP from April 2014 to September 2021, as well as Chairman of RICS Matrics Suffolk from August 2014 to July 2017. Stuart also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Gill Associates for a brief period in 2013 and earlier at Playle & Partners LLP from March 2006 to August 2013. Academic qualifications include a PG Dip in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) from Leeds Beckett University. Early education was completed at Woodbridge School.
