Tamara Abdin

Tamara Abdin is a dedicated professional with a strong background in communications and advocacy, particularly pertaining to gender issues. Currently serving as a Programme Officer at MAGENTA since November 2022, Tamara previously worked with UN Women as a Communications and Advocacy Assistant and Intern, where contributions included creating, editing, and translating impactful content to empower women and combat violence against them. With experience as a freelance reporter for Jordan News, Tamara authored over 40 articles in various fields, alongside research roles in different organizations. Educational qualifications include a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Jordan, complemented by an exchange semester at the University of Cologne under the ERASMUS+ Scholarship Program.
