Acting Service Delivery Lead at Ipswich City Council

Chloe M. has a range of work experience in library and service delivery roles. Chloe began their career as a Library Trainee at the Clermont Library in 2012 and stayed there until January 2017. Chloe then moved to the Redland City Council where they worked as a Library Technology Resource Officer and Acting Technology Resource Officer Supervisor from June 2017 to June 2018. In 2018, they joined Ipswich Libraries as a Makerspace Champion and held the position until November 2021. Currently, Chloe is working at the Ipswich City Council as a Service Delivery Technician and is also serving as the Acting Service Delivery Lead from April 2023.

Chloe M.'s education history includes a Bachelor of Information Studies degree from Charles Sturt University, which they pursued from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma of Library and Information Studies at TAFE Queensland East Coast in 2016. In their earlier years, Chloe attended Marist College Emerald from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Certificate III Early Childhood Services. Additionally, they also earned a Certificate III in Library Information and Cultural Services from TAFE Queensland East Coast in 2014. In the same year, Chloe completed a Certificate III in Ministry and Theology at Marist College Emerald.
