Kane Ryalls

Kane Ryalls is an experienced Employee Relations Manager currently with Ipswich City Council since July 2023. Previously, Kane served as Principal Industrial Relations Adviser at Mater, leading enterprise agreement negotiations and facilitating processes through the Fair Work Commission. Kane also held various significant roles at Queensland Health, including Director of Employment Relations, where responsibilities included managing HR services and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Prior positions include Senior IR Project Advisor at Queensland Urban Utilities and Director at the Department of Health, focusing on HR policy and industrial relations. Kane's extensive background in industrial advocacy began with roles at the Local Government Association of Queensland, Electrical and Communications Association, and Hardware Association of Queensland. An alumnus of Griffith University, Kane holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.
