Rik McGloin CIP has extensive experience in records management and information technology. Starting as a Records Officer at the University of South Australia, Rik then moved on to become a Corporate Librarian at Woods Bagot before serving as a Records Officer at Burnside City Council. Currently, at Ipswich City Council, Rik holds multiple roles including Team Leader Information Management Unit, Applications Trainer, and Corporate Applications Officer EDMS. In these positions, Rik manages staff, administers ECM systems, provides end user support, and develops training content.
