Irvin Mukandi Bsc

Irvin Mukandi holds a BSc in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University. Currently serving as the Head of 1st Team Strength and Conditioning at Ipswich Town FC since June 2021, Irvin previously worked as the Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach for Arsenal F.C. from August 2014 to June 2021, and also held a role as Assistant Coach for the Arsenal Women’s Reserve Team. Additional experience includes positions at Forest School, Queen Mary University of London, British Fencing, Bournemouth University, and AFC Bournemouth, where Irvin has provided strength and conditioning services, coaching, and performance analysis across various sports and age levels.
