Diana MacIel

Diana Maciel has extensive work experience in the creative industry. Diana is currently the VP of Creative at IPSY, where they oversee multiple creative teams and leads brand creative for new business initiatives. Prior to IPSY, Diana worked as the Creative Director at Forever 21, where they managed a team of over 30 members and implemented design strategies. Before that, they served as the Creative Director at Lucky Brand, where they oversaw the creative services team and was responsible for brand communications. Diana also has experience as a Creative Director at Looksy and founded their own boutique agency, working on campaigns and graphic design for various clients. Diana has previous roles as a Creative Director at Guess?, Art Director at ORLY International, and Senior Graphic Designer at BCBG Max Azria.

Diana Maciel received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in New Media Communications from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
