Rashi Maskara

Rashi Maskara has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Rashi is currently working at IPSY as the Senior Director of Growth, Retention, responsible for subscriber growth, retention, and leading the growth of new products. Prior to IPSY, Rashi worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at Yik Yak, where they focused on user onboarding and conversion. Rashi also co-founded Tripnary, a mobile app for finding budget-friendly travel destinations. Rashi's early career involved working at MotiveQuest, analyzing consumer data for strategic insights, and conducting research at the Kellogg School of Management and Merrill Lynch. Rashi also had an internship at Kantar Operations, where they managed software deployment and budgeting. Overall, Rashi has a strong background in growth marketing, market research, and strategic analysis.

Rashi Maskara completed the Growth and Retention Series at Reforge in 2018. In 2008, Rashi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
