Joseph Najim has a diverse work experience. Joseph started their career in 2018 as an Environmental Staff Professional at Antea Group USA, where they worked until August 2019. Joseph then joined MobileComm Professionals, Inc as a Project Coordinator from April 2021 to August 2021, and later became a Project Manager from August 2021 to January 2022.

In 2022, Joseph worked as a Project Analyst at The Home Depot from March 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed at IPT Global as a Field Engineer, starting in June 2023. Their responsibilities at IPT Global include designing pressure test plans for surface & subsea BOPs, performing wellbore pressure testing, and managing well control equipment and well barrier-testing operations.

Joseph Najim attended Louisiana State University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed the Blowout Prevention certification through Wild Well. In 2018, they obtained the certification for Mid to Deep Offshore Drilling Techniques and Operations from Total. In 2019, they successfully completed the CPR/AED/First Aid certification from Beverly Morris and the OSHA 40 HR HAZWOPER certification from Grant Training Center. Joseph Najim also holds a TWIC certification from the Transportation Security Administration, which was obtained in 2023. Recently, in 2023, they obtained two more certifications: Rig Pass from M&A Safety Services, LLC and BOSIET from ALL STOP! Survival & Safety Training.
