Aurimas Lazdauskas currently serves as Head of Legal at IPXO since March 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Senior Legal Counsel at Adform from June 2015 to February 2023 and Senior Associate at Attorneys at Law Borenius in Lithuania from June 2006 to June 2015. With a specialization in Transport law, Intellectual Property, and Information Technology law, Aurimas possesses substantial experience in Insurance and Public Procurement law. Additional legal experience includes serving as Chief Lawyer at UAB "If draudimas," focusing on corporate matters and insurance contracts, and as a Consultant at the Office of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, where responsibilities included public procurement documentation and contract drafting. Aurimas holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University, awarded in 2004.
