Craig Patchett has more than 20 years of experience in software development and project management. Craig has held various roles in multiple companies, including IQ BackOffice, where they are currently working as a Senior Director of Software Development. In their previous role as a Principal Software Architect at Surveillus Networks LLC, they rebuilt and restructured the company's core codebase, restoring its ability to build production code. As the Vice President of Development at BriteBlueVentures, LLC, they re-architected the desktop-based launch product and helped build a user base of over 4 million in 12 months. At Sambreel Services LLC, Craig established standards and procedures for Agile and Scrum, resulting in a doubling of the user base and revenue. Craig also initiated a re-architecture project to make the product more modular and extensible. Before that, they worked as a Software Contractor at BrightCloud, where they re-architected a spam analysis system and achieved a 500% performance improvement. Craig's experience also includes working at Hewlett-Packard, where they designed and led the development of successful front-end client and middle-tier components. Craig founded The GodCast Network, a podcasting network, and was recognized as a "podcasting pioneer" by TIME Magazine. Craig started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Peregrine Systems, Inc., where they designed and maintained front-end client and middle-tier components. Craig also worked as a Senior Software Developer at TriTeal Software, Inc., developing Java-based applications and contributing to the development of a Java-based OS. Additionally, Craig co-founded Impact Designs, Inc., where they served as the Creative Director and oversaw a team of designers.

Craig Patchett attended Cornell University from 1979 to 1983 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
