Kirk Malloy

Kirk Malloy is the founder and CEO of BioAdvisors, LLC, which has been offering business strategy consulting and executive coaching for life science and molecular diagnostics companies since April 2016. In addition to this role, Kirk serves as Chairman of the Board at Rapid Micro Biosystems and Tagomics, while holding board member positions at Araceli Biosciences, DermTech, and JumpCode Genomics. Kirk is also a Technical Advisory Board Member for IQ Capital and Arboretum Ventures. Notably, Kirk was involved in the Board of Directors at NanoString Technologies and Phoseon Technology, the latter being acquired by Excellitas for $125 million. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Marine Biology/Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Corporate Director Certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
