Declan Tannam

Declan Tannam is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at IQ-EQ Fund Management (Ireland) since May 2022. Previously, Tannam held the same title at Davy Global Fund Management from July 2016 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager in Risk at Citco Fund Services, where responsibilities involved managing the Risk Team and producing regulatory risk reports for hedge funds. Tannam began a career in finance as a Quantitative Analyst at HSBC, specializing in OTC Derivative modeling, following an earlier position as a Derivatives Analyst at Citi Hedge Fund Services. Tannam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's degree in Finance from University College Dublin.
