Matt Haynes

Matt Haynes is the Group Business Development Director at IQ-EQ. Matt has held this position since September 2016. Prior to this, they were the Group Chief Risk Officer at IQ-EQ from September 2016 to September 2022. Matt has also held various Risk & Compliance leadership roles within RBC Wealth Management International, culminating in Head of Fiduciary Risk Management. From September 2004 to September 2006, they were the Technical Director at Jersey Finance, responsible for co-ordinating and leading industry response on technical consultations with Jersey Regulatory and Governmental authorities. Additionally, they have experience as an Auditor, having worked at Arthur Andersen from October 1993 to June 2002.

Matt Haynes has a MA Hons from Oxford in Modern Languages. Matt attended Worcester College while at Oxford.

Their manager is Rehma Imrith, Commercial Director. They are on a team with Roxane Combe - Business Development Director, Rajesh Appadoo - Business Development Director.
