Pazani Vaitilingon

Pazani Vaitilingon is a senior manager at SANNE, responsible for leading a team of 20 people handling a portfolio of 100+ companies comprising essentially of CEFs. Pazani has also been involved in offshore company formation and administration, corporate structuring and advice from a tax optimisation perspective, and the preparation/review of IFRS compliant consolidated financial statements.

Pazani is currently the head of funds at IQ-EQ in Mauritius. In this role, they are responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds. Pazani also sits on the Boards of several financial and non-financial services Global Business companies.

Pazani Vaitilingon has a BSc (Hons) in Management with Finance from the University of Mauritius, where they graduated with First Class honours. Pazani is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Pazani is currently pursuing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and expects to complete it by the end of 2021.

In addition, Pazani Vaitilingon holds certifications from the ACCA in Public Practising Certificate, from the QBPTC in Qualified First Aider, from St John Ambulance in Qualified First Aider, and from the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) in Professional Accountant (PFA) & Public Accountant (PBA).
