Product Development Director, Funds at IQ-EQ

Rich Drew is the current Product Development Director, Funds at IQ-EQ. Rich has over 8 years of experience in product development and management, with a focus on financial services.

Rich began their career as an Analyst in Leverage Finance at HSBC. Rich then went on to work as an Office Manager for Mike Freer MP at the House of Commons. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte in their Strategy & Operations Consultancy business team, focused on Financial Services clients. Rich then moved to RBC Investor & Treasury Services where they worked as an Associate Director in Product Management focused on Private Capital Services. In this role, they were responsible for product development for global Fund Administration services for Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt & Infrastructure funds.

At IQ-EQ, Rich is responsible for working with existing clients and new prospects to structure operating models for new fund launches and overall development of the product strategic and technology roadmaps.

Rich Drew has a Master of Science Candidate (MSc) in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Economics & Politics from The University of Sheffield, and a Certification from CIMA in Certificate in Business Accounting. Rich also has a background in Politics, Law & Economics from King Edward VI College.

Rich Drew reports to Justin Partington, Group Head, Funds. They work with Ed Beale - Director, Funds, Tim Wilson - Director, Funds, and Matthew Brehaut - Director, Funds.
