Tanya Schwartz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search, recruitment, and sales. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at IQ PARTNERS Inc. since September 2020, Schwartz leverages expertise in helping organizations enhance their hiring and retention processes. Prior to this role, Schwartz held significant positions at Anderson Somers Johnston Search Group Inc. as Vice President of New Business Development, where a boutique search firm was established, and at Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions as Director of Sales North America.
